THE SERVICE
Build a clean, organized path for high speed connectivity.
Fiber infrastructure connects telecom rooms, floors, buildings and individual units through a carefully planned cable route. STARK assesses the property, cabinet locations and distribution requirements to agree a suitable installation and termination approach.
Work can include fiber cable routing, patch panels, splicing, labeling and connections between distribution points. The cable type, connector arrangement and testing scope depend on the agreed design and the equipment at each end of the link.
For residential and mixed-use buildings, a project may include riser distribution and connections to flats or shops. External operator connections, internet subscriptions and service activation are arranged with the relevant network operator; they are separate from the building cabling scope.
What the scope can include
- Cable route and distribution point assessment
- Telecom-room cabinets and fiber patch panels
- Fiber pulling, splicing and termination
- Riser, floor and unit distribution planning
- Agreed testing, labeling and connection records
Planning your project
- Site inputs
- Property drawings, available routes and required connection points
- Components
- Fiber cable, panels, adapters, pigtails and suitable patch leads
- Scope boundary
- Operator service, subscription and activation agreed separately
