PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Match the camera to the plate, the lane and the workflow.
ANPR cameras and applications read plates within a defined capture scene. STARK helps select equipment for commercial parking and controlled entrances, with the required plate formats and lane conditions checked first.
Recognition depends on camera position, angle, vehicle speed, plate visibility and lighting. The proposed system must explicitly support the Oman plate formats you need, with site testing to confirm usable results.
Compatible recognition applications can maintain authorized vehicle lists and send events or control signals to supported barriers. We coordinate the camera, software, controller interfaces and recording requirements in the quotation.

USEFUL ANSWERS
Common questions
Will the camera automatically work with Oman plates?
Compatibility must be verified for the exact recognition application and required formats. We do not assume it from a general ANPR label.
Can ANPR operate at night?
Suitable equipment can support night capture, but illumination, glare and mounting must be assessed for the actual lane.
Does plate recognition replace barrier safety sensors?
No. Recognition controls an authorization workflow; the lane still needs its agreed safety devices and release arrangements.
